New Volunteer Registration

New Volunteer Information:

When you arrive, please check in with the front office (600 S. Maple Ave, Montebello, CA 90640) and let them know you are a new volunteer. You'll fill out a volunteer form (if you haven't completed it online), sign in, and be issued a safety vest. (Every time you volunteer with us, please check in and out with the front office.)

Can I schedule a group volunteer day?

Yes! Please call or email us ahead of time to schedule a group volunteer day for your company or organization!

Can I complete Community Service hours at your facility?

Yes, those needing community service hours are welcome to complete them with us. We mostly need volunteers on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings for our public distributions, but we are generally open for community service hours M-F 8a.m.-3p.m. Please call ahead of time to schedule your time.

What are other ways to get involved in supporting Heart of Compassion?

As a non-profit, we are always in need of funding. You can help spread the word through social media, email, or word of mouth. You can also consider sharing our need through Facebook fundraising in honor of your birthday.
